Glenshesk U12s beat Ballymena today (Saturday 24 th March) in the Division 2 Airborne Final in Dunloy. In what was a hard fought battle and a very tight second half Glenshesk prevailed on a scoreline of 26-24. Well done boys.

 
We won 3 and lost 2 matches in the Ulster U10 hurling blitz in Magerhafelt on Saturday 18th February. We were in a group with Ballinascreen, Slaughtneil, St Comgalls, Craobh Rua and Carrickmore. Overall the team played well and showed good sportsmanship in the competition. All enjoyed the day and it was great to have the chance to play against teams from other counties.

Glenshesk came out well on top in this local derby match with Ballycastle. Three periods of 20 mins were played and it was only in the last period that Glenshesk really pulled away. For the first two periods, while Glenshesk always held the lead, were very close and were very entertaining to watch. A great display of hurling from both teams was on show for all the supporters who came out to watch at a very Sunny Carey.
